My guess of a Flash-to-HTML5 cross-compiler was confirmed. It's simple for now, but I'd bet more is on the way. This is good for the web and developers.
Unlike the iPhone situation, browsers already suffer from the hacks present in/for native plug-ins. If Adobe moves their Flash stack to HTML5 they will finally embrace a common API and security model that makes sense.
